Custom gear with a personal touch

It started with a single patch and a simple goal: make a hat people actually want to wear. In early 2025, KP Hat Factory was just a creative spark in McFarland, Wisconsin. Since then, we have grown from a one-man passion project into a high-output custom shop serving businesses and teams across the country.

Why the fast growth? It is because we treat the vast majority of our clients, including our B2B partners, local startups, and sports teams, as true collaborators instead of just order numbers. We decided to ditch industry standards like hidden setup fees and high minimums. We prefer to focus on what our customers actually need and want.

Whether you need a full rebrand for your crew or a single, perfect gift, we are still that same small-batch factory with a very clear philosophy. If it is not good enough for our own heads, it is not leaving the shop.
